Building passing power and strength
Develop your player's ability to execute a strong, direct and accurate pass to help maintain possession of the ball.
Split players into groups of at least 8 players, with 2 balls set up as per diagram. The balls start with the 2 end players in the same line.
Players pass the ball straight to start the practice but there after the ball goes diagonally.
Repeat for 1 minute then players switch positions.
Players pass to the same player and receive from the same player every time.
Encourage players to pass the ball quickly but accurately to the player. The balls needs to move quickly to get the most out of the practice.
Players need to have one eye on the ball the other on the player they are passing to - developing peripheral vision which is a vital skill for netball.
Communication is key within this activity and players need to communicate with one another in order to maintain possession of the ball. Ensure players change positions within the grid
