Workers pass the ball to the person at the next cone and then immediately follow it each time.
Once the ball reaches the final cone the final player passes the ball to the waiting players and then sprints to join the back of the queue.
Variation:
Rather than just use chest passes one side of the group has to bounce pass or chest pass across, passing from the other side with a high pass.
