Grids 5 by 5 m.

Player on each corner. 1 ball between 4.

Players pass the ball clock wise and after each pass the player follws the passs to touch the cone of the player they passed to and then runs back to their own cone.

OFTEN USED WITH...

Sprint Dodge:

In 3s. One player has the ball. The other two stand behind a line - 1 attacker, 1 defender. On a command from the feeder, the attacker drives out to receive the ball and the defence tries to intercept.

Getting free

Pass and Return:

Red player 1 passes the ball to Blue player 1, and then runs forward to receive a return pass from Blue player 1. Red player 1 passes to Blue player 2, receives return pass and then passes the ball to Red player 2, and joins line behind Red player 2.

Passing

Pass follow and return:

4 players in a square ( cones can be used )

players pass the ball clockwise around the 4 corners of the square.

After each pass the player follows the ball to the next corner and turns to return to receive the ball by the original corner when the ball comes round again.

All players should be moving before they receive the ball.
