Players work in groups of 6 with two balls per group. First two players in each line have a ball
Player 1 starts the drill with a pass to thrower and then runs out to the other side where they receive the return pass from the thrower.
Meanwhile the next free player (player 3) runs out,looking to receive the pass from player 1.
Meanwhile everything is being started and repeated with player 2 passing to the Thrower etc.
Drill then continues in this way, but this time to the other side.
Players should be moving at all times, with fast feet on spot ready to drive for the pass.
