As someone who is new to coaching this site was just what I needed, drills that I can study on the pc and then take with confidence to my training sessions.
Does anyone have any advice on drills to run that would best evaluate the players in a short time frame? I am pretty sure that we will need to have a cut this year because I am not carrying more than 10 girls on my team again this year.Thanks in advance. - submitted via email

we are going against a team that runs a 1-3-1 full court zone press..........I have been going 2-1-2 set vs this with my three in the back moving and rotating ..........is this what the majority of you use?
60% of the team never played with set plays, and have some dificulties to deal with it.

What a fantastic tool. The Chalkboard and session tools make an unbelievable difference in making training plans in both time and organization. I will be instructing all of my assistant coaches that this tool must be used for all sessions during the season, so that we may build a club coaching resource library.
