attacking the Full court zone press

attacking the Full court zone press

we are going against a team that runs a 1-3-1 full court zone press..........I have been going 2-1-2 set vs this with my three in the back moving and rotating ..........is this what the majority of you use?

Hi Brett,

It sounds like a good plan to me. Try and break their zone press with plenty of movement to pull defenders around to create the space to play through.

Hope this helps,

Tom
