i have been struggling to execute the reverse layup, i can do a layup but the reverse layup proves to be rather difficult
i have no idea how to do a reverse layup and would like to now how to do it
i would like to know how to practice a layup but i do not know the best way of doing it.
I am currently learning more about Teaching Games for Understanding and wondered if any other coaches had any example games out there, specifically for shooting, but also for dribbling and passing too??
When i crossover or dribble sometimes my palm touches the ball? i was taught to never let the ball touch your palm and to use your fingerpads is this normal?
