a.04 cuts to middle of court.
b 01 makes good pass.
c 01 cuts to basket.
d 04 pass to 01.
e 04 goes in for rebound.
f 04 goes in and puts some defensive pressure on 01 as 01 tries to lay the ball up.

Two Pass Lay up Drill:

Player 5 V cuts to the middle of the court Player 1 passes the ball and proceeds to cut to the basket 5 passes to 1, 1 performs a lay up, 5 rebound the ball.

Two Pass Lay Up Drill:

04 cuts to middle of court.

01 makes good pass.

01 cuts to basket.

04 pass to 01.

04 goes in for rebound.

01 performs lay up.

V Cut Drill:

Players make good V cuts, receive pass from player with ball, assume triple threat position. Everyone rotate one spot clockwise.

Y Shooting Drill:

Set up the practice as shown.

Split the group in to three.

Players in the corners of the court have basketballs.

Player 1 sprints straight to the cone in front of them before making a cut either way to then receive a pass from one of the players in the corner. Player 1 then goes onto shoot, before collecting their ball and joining the queue in the corner.

The player that gave the pass then runs to the join the queue of players on the half way line.
