i have no idea how to do a reverse layup and would like to now how to do it
Hi,
To be able to perform a reverse lay-up, you first need to be comfortable executing a normal lay-up. Perfecting the layup is all about timing. With the reverse lay-up, you will be going beyond the basket in the air and you need the hand/arm strength to reverse the motion of the ball behind you and into the basket. A good drill to try would be to start with the ball underneath the basket and practice jumping away from the net and flicking the ball behind you and into the net. I hope this was helpful!
