DESCRIPTION

Play out an unopposed 3 man weave to the half court line.


On the way back 3 man weave until one player is close enough to score with a layup.

3 Man weave turn 3 v 2 | 3 v 2

3 Man weave turn 3 v 2:

The 3 attacking players move up the court, playing an unopposed 3 man weave all the way to the half court line.

Once they reach the half-way line they turn and play a 3 vs 2 back to the basket with the defenders staying inside the 3 point line.

3 Man Weave - Turn layup | 3 v 2

3 Man Weave - Turn layup:

Play out a 3 man weave to the half court line.

Turn and play the 3 man weave back towards the basket. When close enough the player on the ball plays a layup shot.

3v2 followed by 2v1 - Up and Down Game | 3 v 2

3v2 followed by 2v1 - Up and Down Game:

To start 3 players attack the 2 defending players on the other side of the court.

When the defenders collect the rebound they then attack the other basket against the 1 player that took the shot.

(Drill the restarts with all 3 players who finished the previous run through on the offensive).

2v1 to 3v2 | 3 v 2

2v1 to 3v2:

2 players will attack 1 defender. After a shot has been taken all 3 players become offence and 2 defenders will run in to play a 3v2 at the other end.

Once a shot has been taken at that end. The 2 defenders become offence and 1 defender will run in at the other end.

This is a continuous drill, where each end the same thing will happen each time.
