To add height to your players' jumps this plyometrics session works on your players' fast and powerful movements, through a series of explosive exercises designed to improve fitness, muscular power (required for jumping) and overall speed.
This program is design to be completed over a 10 week period, completed 3 times per week and should be used as a supplement to your basketball training and strength training.
