what is nice and hard working excersises for girls u/13? I have fat players in my team and I want them fit as I am in C so what can I do?
I have a u/14 team with no netbal experience. I myself have never played netbal before. How do I start and what is the most important rules and patterns they need to know?
I have a team of 8 10-11 year old girls. 5 of them have great skill level and are very enthusiastic the other 3 are quite lazy and are not up the skill level of the others. I am finding it really quite hard at training to engage these 3 while not holding the others back. It is also hard to place them on game day without the others getting frustrated. Any ideas. HELP

Can anybody help with a template/structure for a pre-season training schedule.Our club are evolving from a social netball team if mixed abilities (ages 20-40 ish) to a more competetive club with 1st & 2nd teams. I am coaching a team of 8-9yr olds one of which is deaf. I am having problems getting anything to help me with this. Also I am wanting to print off some simple warmup drills eg basic run to first third walk back knees up walk back etc but have picturs for her aswell, but the session planner is more advance than this- I am wanting to do the same warm up for the start of each training and game. Any help ould be fantastic!!!

My girls are winning almost all of their games and have even moved up a grade. I am now struggling to think of ideas and ways to keep them going. Any Ideas Please????
My 2017 season has just finished with my 13B team and I want to start making some session plans for next year now as I will be busy with work beginning of next year. The girls really need to do fitness and I know they enjoy it too which is great. If anyone has any suggestions please leave a comment.

I've just had my last game of netball and my team is in for the finals, and we won. we are undefeated. first we have semi then preliminary and then grand finals. In the game that i had today, i did not play very well because my opponent was very fast and i got tired really quick. i really need to get more fit in preparation for the finals and be able to last longer without getting tired. could you please give me some tips, thanks. P.S i have camp on the week i have the grand finals and we come back on Thursday. should i eat healthy during camp?

How long do you think 11 to 15 year olds can train for in one session before not gaining any benefit. I was thinking 1hour to 1.5 at the max.I have a wide range of ages in my team this year and want to make sure that the older girls are being challenged enough and the younger ones aren't over doing it.
I would like to give my girls some extra training to do at home to help build up their core strength, arm strength, speed and balance on the court. Any suggestions as to what i can give them. They are 13 and are all keen for it. I just need something that they can do that lasts no longer than 30min and that they can do about 3 times a week. That way if training is cancelled due to rain they can still do a netball based workout at home.
