Pre-Season Match Fitness - Stamina, Speed and Agility

This session develops your players' speed, agility and footwork through fun and challenging activities, and is a great pre-season training to get players back up to full match fitness.

Nobody wants to just run laps of the court so this plan uses a combination of netball skill drills and games to get your players' working hard and honing their skills in readiness for their next big game!

It's not just the players who'll need to be energetic - to get the most from this session you'll need to encourage your players to push themselves in all drills so that they benefit fully from the exercises in this session and develop their athletic and netball ability.
