What's in the session?
The session takes players through a series of fun and competitive activities to challenge and drive players to further develop their physical attributes and bringing it back to basics focusing on developing players agility in order to outwit their opponent.
Each practice has progressions to stretch and challenge your more able players and conditions to support you developing players throughout.
This session looks at developing your players attacking principles focusing on short, sharp direct passing to maintain possession.
This session looks to refresh and refine your players pre-existing ball skills whilst developing their stamina and endurance.
Develop your player's ability to dictate their opponents movement and apply pressure to the ball carrier.
This session focuses on defending in particular, denying and limiting space for the opposition through applying maximum pressure on the ball.
This session works on players attacking capabilities including speed, agility and decision making skills.
