What's in the session?
This session looks at developing your players defending skills in particular focusing on zone defence to force an error or make an interception by applying maximum pressure in units.
Players will develop each of the skills and put it into practice against passive and active attackers through competitive situations. The session also aims to build upon your players current shadowing and body positioning skills throughout each practice.
