fitness for the finals

I've just had my last game of netball and my team is in for the finals, and we won. we are undefeated. first we have semi then preliminary and then grand finals. In the game that i had today, i did not play very well because my opponent was very fast and i got tired really quick. i really need to get more fit in preparation for the finals and be able to last longer without getting tired. could you please give me some tips, thanks. P.S i have camp on the week i have the grand finals and we come back on Thursday. should i eat healthy during camp?

Hi, certainly eating, sleeping and hydrating well before the game is important. If you want to increase your stamina quickly, I`d look up simple jumping rope sets. Just 5-10 min every day will make a difference. Good luck
