Recently started a ladies netball group, mostly formed by ladies who played at highschool. Have to improve fitness, introduce game rules and keep those less novice players interested. Any ideas on the best way forward?
and they really want to train? most ladies social groups here in aus just learn as they play. might want to ask the group if they want to train, and if so what they want to get out of it. the more experience players might be able to help out those who need a little extra encouragement. but honestly, if they want to train, then the best thing you can do is play 1/2 court games, and/or practise games against other players. most adults will get bored with drills.
