We are playing our finals and the other team GD amp; GK are alot talker than my shooters can anyone please help me with different methods on how my shooters can get around this.thank you

Ok i played on the weekend in 2 places i hate and never have played usally. I usally play WA. But my coach put me in GD and GK she was amazed of how well i was in GD so she put me there for the next quater then she moved me to GK and i was also good at that. Seeing as i am usally a WA i move away from the player it sort of helped at times then i my teams remind me that i was meant to be defending. I am not that good at defending so what are some tips to play in GD and DK because my coach told me i am playing there this weekend
Can anyone please give me some training ideas for defending the lob pass? Back in my days (too many ago to mention) we were taught to stand off and slightly to the side of the attack to discourage the lob being made. I haven't found much on the internet to help me with this one
Hello can I please gets some ideas for what strategies to tell my 10 year olds to use when their opponent is getting rough or pushy. Especially in and around the circle and at the centre pass
if you are working in the D and intercepting high balls into the GS/GA would this type of defending be classed as stage 2?
I have a defender who always tips the ball out, never tries to catch with 2 hands to gain possession, how do I get her out of this bad habit? The same defender always looks down to ensure she is 3 feet before putting her hands over the ball. This takes only takes a second but normally the attacker has passed the ball before she looks up.

We are playing in n a grand final this week and the opposition has a very tall GS and holds very well. I am thinking of getting my defences to double team her but wanting to know best way to teach this & also what's the best way of stopping the GA (just getting WD & c to try & block her getting in the ring) any thoughts on best way to beat a tall shooter. I am coaching a year six team with a friend and I have never coached before but I have played netball for many years. What sort of drills are suitable for them (they are about 11 and 12) which are not to complicated but also aren't to basic. Thanks in advance!!

In the drills GK dancing & Prevent the Middle Pass..is the defence Open Marking(angled toward the passer)? If they are closed marking is this a progression? Is it harder? I prefer closed marking but for a beginner is this going to be harder? Thanks. I am new to coaching & loving Sportplan:)

What a fantastic tool. The Chalkboard and session tools make an unbelievable difference in making training plans in both time and organization. I will be instructing all of my assistant coaches that this tool must be used for all sessions during the season, so that we may build a club coaching resource library.
