Play 5 on 5 or 6 on 6, attack v defence!
Every time the defender is marking the attacker from 3 feet they get a point. See how many points each group can get within the limited time period!
After one minute swap attack and defence around to see which team can score the most points!
3 feet away then put your hands up, balanced with knees bent, feet at shoulder distance apart, whole feet on the ground, not just toes.
After 60 secs repeat the same drill for 30 seconds, and then for 15 seconds.
Come the end of this game give the winning team high praise and a pat on back. The winning team can now think up a penalty for the losing side, ie. 10x sprints, 10xpress ups, 10x, star jumps...
You will be surprised at what they come up wth as a penalty!

Most netball shooters know how to shoot. The difference at the top is who can shoot when it counts. A structured 10-minute pre-game mental routine is the most under-used performance tool in club netball - and it is the simplest to teach.
