Handball: handbal

Two teams stand at opposite ends of the area, each player has a ball, with a line of cones along the middle. Standing at a distance from the cones (increase/ decrease distance dependant on players' ages) players take it in turns to throw and aim at the cones. Each cone that a player hits is a point for their team. Once all the cones have been hit the team with the most points is the winner.

Blue players pass and try to hit the cone the white player must protect by blocking the shots.variations :- more defenders, more cones

Two opposing equal sides both start on the baseline of the area with 3 balls on the center line (half as many balls as there are players). On the coach's call players sprint to try and collect the ball and claim it for their team. Once in possession of the ball players are trying to hit the opposition's cones whilst at the same time protecting their own cones. The winning team is the first team to hit all of their opponent's cones.

Four benches make a square.On the benches are the players with handballs. Teams should try to hit the basketball in the center an make it touch one of the other benches : 1 point.

Two teams of two players try to score between the cones of their oponents.variations :- center shot- jump shot

Two teams, each with goalkeepers, play across a half-court sized pitch. Play with normal rules.

On the benches are some basketballs. Both teams must try to knock the basketballs off the benches using their handball throws from behind the line (marked with cones). The first team to knock off all the ball is the winner (in this image it's blues vs whites).

Cone off a small square area with all between 4-8 players inside it. In a Sumo style players, using only the side of your body, hands and arms, players must try to push and pull the other players out of the square. See who the last player is inside the square.

Pairs holding each other.Pass to hit the bench of your opponent.

4 pionnen op een afstand van steeds 20 meter met een extra pion in het midden. <BR><BR> Op het signaal van de trainer start de oefening. Spelers bewegen naar een pion van een andere groep en lopen er OMHEEN. Keren dan terug naar de eigen pion en lopen er OMHEEN. Dan volgt een rondje rond de pion in het midden en weer om de eigen pion etc. <BR><BR> Steeds een andere pion met daar tussenin de pion in het midden.

Twee partijen van ruiters met paarden. Ruiters spelen over, paarden mogen tippen. Zeer regelmatig wisselen als daar behoefte aan is. <BR><BR>variaties <BR> 10 bal te paard <BR>

B1,2 en 3 proberen R1 aan te spelen.<BR>B4 de midachter verhindert dit.

Twee ploegen, elk met een keeper. De aanvallende partij tipt en speelt samen (altijd met stuit overspelen) en tracht te scoren.

Er liggen 6 ballen op de 9 mtr lijn.<BR>R1 gaat de ballen een voor een halen, tipt met de linker drie naar de linker hoek en rondt daar af. Met de rechter drie naar de rechter hoek en rondt daar af.

Players come from behind the trainer and throw at one of the mats.There are several mats on the floor.<br>Mats furher away are more difficult to hit and get more points when hit.Variations:- trainer calls just befor the players throws a number of the mat they should aim at.- playing in two teams to gather as many point as possible in 3 minutes.

Twee keepers waarvan een met de rug naar de muur op ongeveer 2 mtr ervan vandaan met de ogen dicht. 1 rolt bal tussen benen van 2 door tegen de muur, 2 draait om en tracht bal te stoppen. 4x10x <BR><BR>Buiklig (medicine)bal vangen, rol maken terug werpen. 4x8x <BR><BR>Keeper staat op een bepaalde lijn. Voor hem liggen 4 ballen op 6 mtr van de lijn verwijderd met ongeveer 3 mtr tussenruimte. Schuiven, ter hoogte van een bal een afweerbeweging laag maken, sprint naar de bal, oppakken en naar trainer werpen, terug naar de lijn, schuiven, etc. 3x <BR><BR>Twee keepers achter elkaar met het gezicht naar de muur. 1 werpt bal tegen de muur, 2 weert af. <BR>Of de bal moet weer gevangen worden voordat hij de grond raakt. 4x10x <BR><BR>Twee keepers achter elkaar met het gezicht naar een hoek van twee muren. 1 werpt bal tegen de muur, 2 weert af. 4x10x <BR><BR>Twee banken op 3 mtr van elkaar daarna een valmatje. Keeper springt over eerste bank (1 of 2 voeten) maakt twee afweerbewegingen li en re laag uit, vangt bal van trainer werpt deze terug, springt over tweede bank (1 of 2 voeten) maakt twee afweerbewegingen li en re laag uit, pakt rollende bal van trainer werpt deze terug, koprol met daarna twee afweerbewegingen li en re laag. 3x3x <BR><BR>Keeper ligt op val mat, ruglig. Gaat zitten, weert bal af met li hand, gaat liggen, gat zitten, weer met re hand bal af, koprol achterwaarts en twee ballen afweren laag li en re. 4x10x<BR> <BR>Bank op 5 mtr van een muur. Keeper springt over bank (1 of 2 voeten) en weert bal af die door 2 tegen de muur is geworpen. 4x10x<BR> <BR>Keeper 1 zit tussen twee anderen in die ballen laag naar hem toe werpen. Na elke afweerpoging halve draai naar ander toe. 4x10x<BR> <BR>Keeper staat zo?n 5 mtr naast zijn doel. Aldaar staan op 3 mtr afstand twee pionnen. Speler A werpt een der pionnen om, keeper tracht bal af te weren, daarna meteen doorschuiven naar het midden van het doel alwaar hij een hoge bal moet stoppen. 4x10x <BR><BR>Keeper met gezicht naar de muur op 1,5 mtr afstand. Trainer schijnt met zaklamp op de muur, keeper moet dit lichtpunt zo snel mogelijk aanraken. 4x10x <BR><BR>Drie keepers of spelers. Keeper in het midden die tussen twee pionnen staat. Keeper stopt ballen van de twee andere spelers die op 5 mtr aftand aan elk een kant van de pionnen staan. 4x10x <BR>

Iedereen een bal. Sluit de ogen en tip met de bal. Wie kan het langst tippen zonder de bal te verliezen ?<BR><BR>Variatie :<BR>Met echte blinddoeken, een bepaald traject afleggen.

B3 gaat B6 halen. Zij wisselen van plaats.

B spelen bal rond.<BR>R1 en R2 schermen balwegen af.<BR><BR>

Goalkeepers sit opposite each other, with legs stretched sideways. They will give the ball to each other just over their feet, both stretching down with their upper bodies as wide as possible.

Run forward and pass to the next player.
