Goalkeeper stands on the goal line. A player throws two balls at the goal, which the goalkeeper tries to stop. He then sprints forward, touches the ball of the blue player, who throws it high over the goalkeeper's head into the goal. When the goalkeeper has touched the ball he jogs back to save the lobbed shot before it crosses the goal line. Once under control of the ball, he throws a fast break pass to one of the players half way up the court.

Players come from behind the trainer and throw at one of the mats. There are several mats on the floor. Mats furher away are more difficult to hit and get more points when hit. What a fantastic tool. The Chalkboard and session tools make an unbelievable difference in making training plans in both time and organization.
