Two teams. Aim of the game is to get to 10 successful consecutive passes in a row. The other team tries to get the ball and start their own 10 passes. Every time a ball is touched or conquered by a defender the team start counting from 0 again.

Setup: One child is the raven mother and stands on one side of the gym. The other children are raven chicks and line up on the opposite side of the gym. A wolf is chosen and stands on the side of the gym. Dialogue and Action: The raven mother calls: "All ravens, come home!" The raven chicks respond: "We cannot!" The raven mother asks: "Why not?" The raven chicks reply: "The wolf is there!" The raven mother then shouts: "Try anyway!" Gameplay: The raven chicks flap their arms like wings and attempt to run across the gym to the raven mother without being caught by the wolf. The wolf tries to catch the raven chicks as they cross. Any raven caught by the wolf joins the wolf in the next round, helping to catch more ravens. Winning: The last remaining raven chick who is not caught wins the game. This child becomes the wolf in the next round and can select a new raven mother. More challenging: All ravens must dribble. All ravens do hop-skotch, make side-steps etc.

In pairs players move from A to B passing the balls and from B to A dribbling in every corridor. To make it more difficult: Passes must go via the ground. One passes via the ground and the other one gives a normal pass. Pass when doing sidesteps. Complete as many passages as possible within a set time limit. You can hinder another group. In every corridor there is a defender disturbing the passing or the dribbling.

Two hoops are attached to the top corners of both goals with ropes. A small mat is placed on the goal line. The playersgroup is divided into two teams. The objective of this game is to throw the ball onto the ground in such a way that it either bounces onto the opponent’s mat or passes through one of the hoops. The teams play according to handball rules. A point is awarded if the ball bounces onto the opponent’s mat. Two points are awarded if the ball bounces through a hoop. No one is allowed to enter the circle around the goal. To make it more challenging: Only bounce passes are allowed when crossing the playing field. At least three players from the team must have touched the ball before a point can be scored. Multiple (different) balls can be used in the game. Variations: Play with one goal. If a team intercepts the ball, they must first pass it over the center line before they are allowed to score.

Setup: Two teams throw the ball under the rope, and the ball must hit the benches at the end of the field to score a point. Making it harder: First, players must pass the ball twice before throwing it. The ball should be rolled.

Setup: Mats are spread across the playing area to represent "islands." The space around the mats represents the "sea." The children act as fish swimming in the sea, while one child is the shark . Gameplay: The shark swims around trying to catch the fish . Fish can escape the shark by jumping onto an island (a mat). Once a fish is caught by the shark , it becomes a shark as well and helps catch the remaining fish. The game continues until all the fish are caught. Winning: The last fish to avoid being caught by the sharks is the winner. Making It More Challenging: Limited Island Space: Only one child is allowed per mat. If a second child tries to step on the mat, the first child must leave the mat . Pushing Off the Mat: The child who was on the mat first can be pushed or pulled off by the next fish seeking refuge. Dribbling Challenge: Fish must dribble a ball while swimming through the sea, making it harder to escape the shark.

Materials: Balls, hoops, towels or similar items, dice Game Instructions: On two playing fields, there are 6 different targets, each with a different point value. Two teams play against each other. Each player is assigned a number so that everyone gets a turn to throw. The first player rolls the dice and must hit the target corresponding to the number rolled. If the target is hit, the points for that target are recorded. Players from each team then take turns throwing until everyone has had a turn or 2,3,5 turns. To make it harder: Use smaller or larger balls for throwing. Increase or decrease the distances to the targets. Variations: The team must hit the targets in order, from 1 to 6. Teams aim to reach a specific point total, e.g., 20. The first team to succeed wins. In pairs: if one player in the pair hits target number 3, the other must also try to hit target number 3. The team with the highest score after 5 minutes wins!

Setup : The trainer or a designated player holds two hoops and moves around the play area. The children aim to throw the ball through the hoops while they are in motion (dribbling). Gameplay Rules: Players must try to score by accurately throwing the ball through the moving hoops. The trainer/player holding the hoops moves at a steady pace. Make it More Challenging: Introduce sudden changes in direction to increase the difficulty. Variations: Moving Hoops: Raise and lower the hoops while walking to vary the throwing height. Bounce Scoring: Hold the hoops slightly off the ground, requiring players to score with a bounce Tunnel Challenge: Place the hoops one behind the other, creating a "tunnel" for players to aim through.

Setup : Spread mats across a playing field. Designate a starting point for the throwers. Assign one or more players as defenders tasked with preventing the balls from landing on the mats. Gameplay : Players take turns quickly throwing the ball from the starting point, aiming to land it on one of the mats. After throwing, they must retrieve their ball and dribble it back to the starting point before their next turn. Defenders try to intercept or block the balls to prevent them from hitting the mats. Make it More Challenging: Use jump shots for throwing the ball. Increase the size of the playing field to make throws longer and defenders run more. Assign point values to mats based on their distance: Mats farther away are worth more points. Players aim for high-value mats to maximize their score.

B dribbles around the cones and A sprints around the cones. Together they play against defender C and they try to score a goal.

Variations warming up goalkeepers : Players must throw in a way the goalkeeper get the opportunity to block the balls. * series of all players in turn : - throw on goalkeeper's hands - left/right hand top corner - left/right shoulder height - left/right hip height - left/right knee height - left/right bounce pass - left/right bottom corners - free series * Can be done with extra tasks for the players : - center shot - jump shot - center shot hip height - center shot when running * With technical tasks for the players : - jump shot in 1 or 2 or 3 step rhythm. - jump off with two feet - jump off on 'wrong'leg * with power training exercises : - hop on the same foot once, twice or three times before throwing (left or right foot) - hop on two feet once, twice or three times before throwing

B runs around cones and throws at the goal. - throw from distance if R1 does not step forward - pass on R1 if he steps forward

Pass B4-B2-B3-B2-B4 who throws at the goal.

Pass green 2-1-2 and goalshot. Drill can be used to warm up goalkeepers as well : - series: on the hands left top corner right top corner shoulder height left-right knee height left-right bounce balls left-right low balls left-right

The group is divided into two teams on a playing field with two goals. In pairs (one from team A, one from team B), they stand together inside a hoop or bicycle tire, or are tied together with a scarf, and take their positions on the field. The ball is thrown in, and the game begins. Goal: score as many goals as possible in your own goal!

Two teams with a random number of players compete against each other on a handball court or similar field. Hoops are placed on the floor as goals. The attackers try to get the ball into a hoop to score a point. Defenders try to intercept the ball and take the offense. Making it harder: Defenders can prevent this by standing in the hoop and blocking it. Variations: To give the attackers more opportunities, there are more hoops than defenders.
