Have a line of attacking players all with a ball each standing on both sides of the court. Inside the 9m line will be two defenders, one on each side.
The drill starts with the first attacker running at goal and shooting on goal. The defenders are allowed to obstruct the shot but not tackle.
Once the ball is in the hands of the keeper they should throw it out to the defender who is making a fast break-away run up the court.
After running to the half-way line the defender joins the back of the queue, the attacking player becomes the next defender and the drill begins again on the other side of the court.
Your keeper will need to quickly get the ball under control and play a pass into the path of the running defender.
