On the benches are some basketballs. Both teams must try to knock the basketballs off the benches using their handball throws from behind the line (marked with cones).
The first team to knock off all the ball is the winner (in this image it's blues vs whites).
Variations:
Get players to throw using the center shot, the dive shot and the jump shot.
