I have thoroughly enjoyed using your site to help me with my coaching plans for my under 9's netball team.
My club with various ages and abilities is currently on break right now but will start our pre-season practice in mid August with the season starting in November.Basing off of the last season we know that fitness was an issue i need some help in how to prepare my A & B grade squads better for the up coming season!
How does one design a conditioning program with the aim of increasing the aim of increasing the teams fitness? a program that includes aerobic, anaerobic and agility aspects and the pre- and post-tests
I am just wondering what are good exercises, drills and techneic to increase players elevation on vertical jumps?
My 2017 season has just finished with my 13B team and I want to start making some session plans for next year now as I will be busy with work beginning of next year. The girls really need to do fitness and I know they enjoy it too which is great. If anyone has any suggestions please leave a comment.

the importance of speed in a game of netball
Hi Everyone I've been playing defence for a long time now, and only last Saturday did I start to play centre. It was during our warm up on that day, (before our game) when my coach told me that I would be playing centre. I agreed to do it, but the problem was that the other team was a really good and very fit team. I struggled a lot durig the game, and i felt like i was dying the whole time! Also because I had never played centre before I didn't know how to feed the ball into the goal circle. I also don't know how to defend on the goal circle. I've just had my last game of netball and my team is in for the finals, and we won. we are undefeated. first we have semi then preliminary and then grand finals. In the game that i had today, i did not play very well because my opponent was very fast and i got tired really quick. i really need to get more fit in preparation for the finals and be able to last longer without getting tired. could you please give me some tips, thanks. P.S i have camp on the week i have the grand finals and we come back on Thursday. should i eat healthy during camp?
