Number ball

Players stand in a circle, with one player in the middle. Red player 1 has starts with the ball. He calls out the name of one of his team-mates and then throws the ball high up in the air. This player whose name has been called has to catch the ball before it reaches the floor. If they don't reach the ball in time they lose a point.

Overtaking

Two teams form one circle and stand so that members of the blue team are separated by players on the white team. Both teams start with a ball on opposite sides of the circle and pass the ball around in a clock-wise direction. The team that can overtake the ball of the other team by passing it to each other fastest is the winner.

Passing game

One player stands about 2-3 meters in front of the other players. This player is the feeder for their group and passes to the other players. Once a player has caught the ball from the feeder and passed it back, they run to the back of their own queue.

Wallball - Double bounce

Create two pitches on either side of the court near a wall, each with two equal areas. Two players from one team stand in one half of the pitch and then two players from the other team in the other half of the pitch. The team in possession throws the ball against the wall to bounce it into the enemy's area. The ball must bounce at least once inside the opposition's area. If the ball bounces twice in this area the throwing team wins a point. Play first to 10 before rotating the teams.

Teams score a point for every 10 passes they make without losing the ball.Game 2:Alternatively you can play this game with goals. Left-handers should shoot with their right foot in front, right-handers shoot with their left foot in front As you wind up to shoot get your hand at the same height as your shoulder and then pull the ball backwards. Your forearm should form a 90 degree angle with upper-arm Hip turns backwards together with the hand behind the ball with your fingers slightly spread. The third and final step involves moving forwards with a large and explosive drive - planting the 'weak' foot in the direction of the goal as the hand, arm and hips move forwards in the final movement.

Two teams stand at opposite ends of the area, each player has a ball, with a line of cones along the middle. Standing at a distance from the cones (increase/ decrease distance dependant on players' ages) players take it in turns to throw and aim at the cones. Each cone that a player hits is a point for their team. Once all the cones have been hit the team with the most points is the winner.

Players work in groups of 6. Blue 1 and 2, and blue 3 and 4 alternately pass the ball back and forth in their pairs. The job for the defenders is to move out to try and intercept the ball. They can also then put pressure on the attacker and try to snatch the ball from their hands. After the attacker has passed the ball players retreat back to the middle and repeat on other side. Swap pairs around every 2 minutes.

I am right-handed and I play left back,but I also play right back often,because in team, we don't have high left-handed players ,so left backs play on both positions. I want to start shooting with left hand, but I don't know how to start working on it and make the shoot strong as shoot with right hand(or strong enough so I can score with left hand).
