Red player 1 has starts with the ball. He calls out the name of one of his team-mates and then throws the ball high up in the air.
This player whose name has been called has to catch the ball before it reaches the floor.
If they don't reach the ball in time they lose a point.
Every player starts with 5 point.
The first player to lose all their points is the loser.
