I cannot reset my password. I use the reset link and temporary password to log in. I goto settings and password and enter the temporary password. I enter my own password twice as requested and click to continue. I get a message saying password has been updated. I log out and cannot log back in again with my new password. My temporary one still works.
I am unable to print any invoices apart from the latest one. The "print" button always produces the latest invoice, even when the dialogue box is showing an older one.
I pointed out an issue with regard to prinintng invoices a short while ago. I have overcome the issue by logging out and back in between printing out each individual invoice.Hope this helps you resolve the issue.ThanksSue

I have been saving drills to my clipboard, but they are deleted when I log out and back in. Is this a setting or a bug?

Good morning, I did not plan to use the paid version of the Sportplan application, it was not useful. There is no opt-out option in the AppStore and in the app. Please disable subscription and refund.

hi, When I log into sportplan for the last few months it has said 'my account has been downgraded.' so I've stopped using it. To my surprise I've found £10 charge that came out in February and I would imagine if I keep looking back there will be more charges. Can you please advise why I'm being charged but don't have access?

Wow what a great website, I have found sportplan an important tool for me when planning my netball sessions with my netball team. There are alot of very helpful tips/ideas/skills that I can learn and teach to my team. What a fantastic tool. The Chalkboard and session tools make an unbelievable difference in making training plans in both time and organization. I will be instructing all of my assistant coaches that this tool must be used for all sessions during the season, so that we may build a club coaching resource library.
