The player gets around the defender by turning, pulling around. Player goes back to back with defender then continues to turn taking on long side step around defender so defender left behind.
Go up for the rebound.
Repeat 10 times on both sides of the board and rolling clockwise and anti clock wise around defender.
This practise can be done with a defender or as a shadow drill individually.
