Four players on each team.
The offence will set up around the outside of the 3 point line.
The defence will be set out around the key.
When the coach yells rotate, the defensive team rotates around to the next position.
When the coach shoots the ball, the defensive players will box out the offensive players attacking for the rebound.
If the offensive team gets a rebound they play live trying to score.
If it is a defensive rebound then the teams will switch over.
Players must sprint to the next spot when you say "Rotate". You can try to catch your defensive players out by shooting just after shouting rotate to find out how quickly they can adjust and react!
Scoring:
Defensive Rebound- 1 Point.
Offensive Rebound- 2 Points 1 if they score a basket.
First to 15 points.
