Set up 2 lines of cones of, with 5m across between each cone and line.
Players with the ball start on the right channel and the players without the ball in the left.
Player without the ball runs ahead to the cone just in front of the cone the player cuts to the other line to receive the ball.
On receiving the ball the 2nd player in the left channel starts to run and cut to receive the ball from this player. etc last player receiving the ball walks it back to the start.
Once the players understand the practice the starting players with the ball can start quicker and quicker.
