Deel in groepe van 4 op. Die twee speler met die bal (WA & GA) gooi heeltyd harde balle in mekaar se spasies in terwyl hulle harloop. Die verdediger (GK) moet of vir `n intercept tussen die twee persone gaan met die bal of hy moet wag om die bal te onderskep by die derde speler (GS). Daarna ruil die spelers. Die doel van die oefening is om die persoon wat verdedig se oog in te kry op die bal.
