Any D can take a fly on that ball.Keep it ging contnuously until 3 balls have been won (on the swing) then swap around.
In this drill we are looking for players to: be light on their feet, feet under body, react quickly communicate with each other to cover the space as best as possible, good voices, definite decisions to be able to read off each other use their peripheral vision and body angled to be open to a swing
