Can you tell me the correct technique for a penalty flick? How you would put it into a training exercise?
My team are constantly allowing oppositions to score from penalty corners we do 1st runner 2nd runner amp; 2 players on the post, what can I do.

some of the players that i am coaching at the moment are having trouble with maintaing their wrist position during the flick. is there anything which could help overcome this problem?
