Hockey Drill Demonstration

Description

  • Set up with 8 cones
  • Single player exercise, performing two v-drags in a set of cones
  • Runs up to first cone, perform a v-drag, before rolling round with a strong body position
  • Same again with next set of cones.

Coaching points

  • For v-drag, drag ball back from left foot to right foot. Turn wrist over to drag ball with reverse hook
  • Roll round the cones with the ball connected to the open stick.
