We're all desperate to get back into training! When you next step out onto the court, it’s likely that you’re going to need to adapt your session slightly to ensure your observing distancing and safety guidelines where possible. That's why we've created this session to help you out!
What's in the Session?
Kick things off with a competitive team movement drill to ensure your players haven’t lost their competitive edge! Then we focus on players' reactions and how quickly they can move to retrieve a bouncing ball.
We also work on the attacker's body position when they are receiving the ball from a teammate. Plus get your attackers working together when they are both looking to receive the ball to ensure they are making different movements to create different passing options for the ball carrier.
