This session develops your players' defending capabilities; teaching them to deny and limit space to force errors and intercept the ball through shadowing.
The three stages of defence:
1. Shadowing - Being on your toes, ready to pounce
2. Pressure (3 ft) - Make things difficult for the opposition
3. Deny Space (block) - Win back possession for your team!
To improve your players' ability to close down the opposition, this session develops your players skills through passive and competitive situations, getting your players to think of ways to regain possession to increase attempts on goal for your team!
