8+ players, 2 balls, half court space.
1. Balls start in opposite corners.
2. Player at the front pass the ball diagonally across the square and joins the back of that line.
3. The player who receives the diagonal pass now sends a straight pass to the line opposite them and joins that line.
4. Passes are alternated.
Passes are alternating diagonal/straight, players pass the oppsotie to what they receive.
Encourage a pass and drive that is quick and effective, just like that on court.
The less players the more they will rotate through.

The backline pass is the most under-coached restart in netball. Get it right and you turn a dead ball into an attacking weapon before the opposition has reset.
July is the month that decides your season. Netball is not a steady jog - it is a string of short, sharp, repeated sprints with barely any recovery. Here is how to build a pre-season engine that still has legs in the final quarter.
