Coach can determine what movement they do e.g. run, skip, hop.
You could use this with young players as an entry level drill to the classic 'four corners' or 'cut the cabbage drill' so they get used to learning where to run.
Get players to bring the square bigger and smaller whilst still running through the drill. Bring in two balls and progress to 'cut the cabbage'.
