Space out four passers (red players) with a ball each around the outside of the shooting circle. The rest of your players line up on the baseline.
Running one at a time players run out, touch the ball in the passer's hands and then run backwards 3-4 steps before receiving the pass in space and shooting for goal. After the shot they collect the ball, pass it back to the passer and then move on to the next outside player.
The next player waiting on the baseline can now go. Repeat at each point (four time in total).
Players should keep track of their personal scores - see who has the best shooting score.
