Set up two equal lines of players, stood behind 5 cones which lead into the goal circle.
Each player must weave around the cones, picks up the ball and shoots the goal. After the shot players collect the ball and replace it for the next player in line to run onto (if you have more than 8 players, one player can stand behind the goal line and pass the ball to the incoming players).
You can have a challenge against each team, go through team twice and see howmany shots they can get in, or use time and go for 2 mins, then change activity
Progression:
Jump over the cones, and repeat. Next get players to hop over the cones and repeat.
