Set up: 1 ball, one third space, 1 feeder in between 2 lines of partners.
Two players to drive out straight from baseline to top of the circle (approx.) they turn and drive out on a V to the side channels where the feeder passes ball to one of the drivers.
The driving player who did not receive the ball is to cut back to the top of the circle (middle channel) and receive pass from their partner.
The partner now without the ball cuts back into the middle channel to receive a straight pass from their partner.
Ball is returned to stationary feeding player.
Try naming channels 1, 2,3 or right, middle, left. There is potential to link in special positions for more advanced players. Emphasis confidence in letting the ball go, pass and drive with strength and confidence.

Most netball shooters know how to shoot. The difference at the top is who can shoot when it counts. A structured 10-minute pre-game mental routine is the most under-used performance tool in club netball - and it is the simplest to teach.
The best Goal Defences in the 2026 NSL season are intercepting more than ever. The reason is not raw athleticism. It is a deliberate shift from chasing the attacker to driving into the flight path of the ball. Here is how to coach it.
