2. Players are to make a movement (i.e. dodge) before receiving the ball in the middle of the court. Players to turn and pass down the court.
2. Players make a movement before driving into the middle of the court.
3. First player in the line 'clears out', second player drives foward to receive the pass. Pass is given to the player who has peeled out and so on down the court.
Ideally players should not be waiting for the player to reach the midline and should just let the ball go.
Players need to drive on to the ball.
