Drill one: Basic passing (Bounce & Chest) (2mins)

DESCRIPTION

Introduce the mechanics of bounce passing and chest passing. Chest Passing: hands should form a W behind the ball. Thumbs together in the centre with fingers comfortably spread out. Take a step forward and follow through with arms to provide enough energy for the ball to reach the receiver. Bounce Passing: Fingers pointing towards the floor. Ball released from around waist height and should be ideally aimed halfway between player and receiver in order of rit to bounce up and the receiver to catch it. Cones layed out opposite each other. mixture of bounce and chest pass. Most passes in (N) minutes.
