player runs out and gk passes the ball the play runs onto the ball and catches it they then pass to the opposite team the player with the ball then passes to gk who will pass back to them and they move onto the ball and pass to the other team
make sure footwork is correct and the player runs out to the balla and they arnt just receiving the pass standing still.
