For this drill the Participant must have a partner and a ball between 2. This drill is a passing drill but adding movement in order to work on feet placement. They must make sure they keep feet on the floor in order to use the correct techniques.
While passing participants should pass the ball into the space of the moving player. When stepping to pass ensure that the player is balanced and in control of the ball. Make sure that both participants are on their toes to retreieve the rebounding ball. Participants should be alert and always keep an eye on the ball.
