Blue A start with the ball in the middel of the transverse line. Red A1 drives down to the top of the circle to recieve the pass from Blue A. Once Blue A has passed the ball they go to the back of the Red line. Red A1 then passes to the GS driving to the post. Red A1 then goes to the back of the line they threw too. The GS then passes to Red A2 driving onto circel edge. GS then goes to the back of the line they threw too. Red A2 pivots and passes to Blue A2 driving upto the transverse line. Red A2 then joins the back of the line they threw too. Repeate
This drill is continuous players work the ball into the post and then out to the transverse line. Players join the back of the line they throw too. Can make GS's shhot and rebound but is not necessary.
