Netball: Box pass and Move

Description

4 balls start with each of the purple players. Blue players run in front of purple players, recieve the ball out and pass it back in before  moving onto the next corner. At each corner the blue players recieve from the purple player to their left and pass to the player on their right that they are about to run on to.

Straight arrows = the run

Dashed arrows = the pass

Drill encourages faster moving pace of pass and decision making.
