4 feeders, 2 attacker and 2 defenders. Feeders have to pass to the attackers, if there are no attackers free, the feeder is able to swing the ball to the opposite feeder. Defenders are trying the push the attackers wide and high away from the ball. Progression of this is that once the ball is swung between the two feeders opposite eachother, a defender is able to intercept that ball.
The defenders are trying the push the attackers high away from the ball and preferably in the corners of the box. The defenders want to try and be inbetween the ball and their attacker.
