
Make two lines (one line is the attacker white squares the other is the defender pink squares). Place 4 dots down the court and a thrower (Black dot) in the goal third. The attacker moves side stepping up and down the court to different dots and the defender mirrors there move. Then the attacker drives to the ball and the defender tryâs to intercept it.
